  • Therapies.

    Individual Therapy: Because everyone's different, our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and what's happening in your life right now. My first priority is to truly listen—with curiosity, calm, and maybe just a dash of humor—to understand where you’re coming from. Together, we'll figure out what you'd like to work on, and most importantly, create a safe and supportive space where we can explore challenges together.

    Play Therapy: Because play is how children naturally express themselves, I often use play therapy when working with children ages 3+. The play therapy room helps them explore and understand their feelings and experiences, especially when it's hard for them to talk about what's happening. I may also gently introduce art therapy or sand tray therapy as other helpful ways for children to express themselves.

    Creative Arts/Expressive Interventions: Art therapy offers a supportive and understanding way to explore your feelings and experiences. It uses creative methods, like drawing, painting, or sculpting, to help you connect with yourself and communicate in ways that might be difficult with just words. Think of it as a gentle path where art becomes a bridge to understanding and healing.

    Creating art allows you to express yourself freely and explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and non-judgmental space.

    Sand Play: Whether you're a child, teenager, or adult, sand play therapy can provide a comforting and effective way to work through challenges and build a stronger, healthier you. It’s about finding your voice through art and discovering your inner strength.

    Consultation: I offer parents and caregivers a supportive space to explore their worries about their child's behavior and emotions, providing guidance and practical ideas, all without the child present. This dedicated time allows you to focus on your own needs and concerns, so you can feel more equipped and confident in creating a calmer, happier home for everyone.

  • Rates & Insurances.

    Intake session (60 minutes): $175

    Individual session (50-55 minutes): $120-$140

    Self-Pay and Out-of-Network Insurances

    For self-paying clients and/or those whose insurance is not accepted at LBC, please check with your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.  You can then submit claims for reimbursement. I am able to provide you with the necessary documents to submit claims.     

  • Policies.

    Payment

    I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment as well as HSA and FSA cards.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand, otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. No shows are charged the full billable amount for the session. If you late cancel or no show 3 times (especially in a short period of time)  you may be asked to take a break from counseling until a time in which you can be more consistent.
